King Salmon Benedict          

We start with club-baked thick sliced toasted brioche topped with freshly poached King salmon fillet and
two farm fresh poached eggs covered with hollandaise sauce, served with Yukon Gold potatoes

Mushroom Omelette                           
Hen of the Woods and shiitake mushrooms sautéed in a sherry béchamel sauce, folded in farm fresh eggs
and shredded Jarlsberg and white cheddar cheeses, served with hash browns

Yogurt Parfait
A chilled goblet carefully layered with vanilla yogurt, fresh berries, and our club-made granola

French Toast
